Section 15-22-608 - Bonds - Purpose of issuance and application of proceeds

Bonds issued under this subchapter shall be issued for the purpose of financing the development of water resources projects, and the proceeds of any bonds issued under this subchapter shall be applied for the payment of project costs.Acts 1981, No. 496, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 21-2305.
