Section 15-22-621 - Investment of moneys

Any moneys held in any fund created under this subchapter shall be invested by the State Board of Finance to the fullest extent practicable pending disbursement for the purposes intended. Investment shall be in accordance with the terms of the resolution or trust indenture authorizing or securing the series of bonds to which the fund appertains to the extent of the terms of the resolution or trust indenture.Acts 1981, No. 496, § 19; A.S.A. 1947, § 21-2319.
