Section 15-22-622 - Expediting cases

All cases involving the validity of this subchapter or any portion thereof or in any way arising under this subchapter or involving the bonds issued under this subchapter shall be deemed of public interest and shall be advanced by all courts and heard as a preferred cause. All appeals from judgments or decrees rendered in these cases must be taken within thirty (30) days after the rendition of the judgment or decree.Acts 1981, No. 496, § 20; A.S.A. 1947, § 21-2320.
