Section 15-22-708 - Bonds - Purpose of issuance and application of proceeds

Bonds issued under this subchapter shall be issued for the purpose of financing and development of waste disposal facilities or pollution abatement facilities, and the proceeds of the bonds shall be applied for the payment of project costs and the costs and expenses of issuance of the bonds.Acts 1987, No. 686, § 5.
