The Arkansas Waterways Commission may employ a Director of the Arkansas Waterways Commission as authorized by law and fix the salary of the director within the limitations of funds appropriated therefor to assist the commission in the performance of its duties under this subchapter.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 467, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1967, No. 242, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 21-1703.
