The county surveyor shall also execute a bond to the State of Arkansas in the sum of five thousand dollars ($5,000) with two (2) or more securities to be approved as provided in Acts 1875, No. 82, § 1 [superseded], conditioned that he or she will faithfully perform his or her duties as county timber inspector and deliver to his or her successor in office all bills, papers, journals, books, and other effects appertaining to his or her office.Acts 1883, No. 83, § 10, p. 140; 1901, No. 130, § 3, p. 202; C. & M.
