Section 15-32-206 - Deputies - Authority to administer oaths

(a) The county timber inspectors may appoint one (1) or more deputies for their respective counties for whose conduct and fidelity in the discharge of their duties as such the county timber inspector making the appointment shall be responsible upon his or her official bond.(b) The county timber inspectors and their deputies shall have power and authority to administer oaths for any purpose relating to their office.Acts 1883, No. 83, § 11, p. 140; 1901, No. 130, § 6, p. 202; C. & M.
