Section 15-32-413 - Actions to recover difference in wages or purchase price - Attorney's fees

In all actions to enforce the payments provided in this subchapter, the plaintiff, if successful, shall be awarded reasonable attorney's fees in addition to the payments provided in this subchapter.Acts 1939, No. 57, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 54-316.
