Section 15-41-102 - Expenses - Special allowance

(a) The Director of the Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission, at the discretion of the Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission, may be reimbursed actual costs for travel expenses incurred while performing official commission duties.(b) Due to his or her exacting and special duties, the Director of the Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission is hereby authorized an expense allowance of four hundred dollars ($400) per month upon approval of the Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission.Acts 1979, No. 630, § 6; 1981, No. 635, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 47-103.1; Acts 1989 (1st Ex.
