Section 15-41-203 - Authorized searches

Any game warden or other officer having authority to enforce the game laws of this state is authorized to proceed according to law to search any person, railroad train, boat, place of business, or any other public carrier to ascertain whether or not the game and fish laws are being violated.Acts 1943, No. 146, § 9; A.S.A. 1947, § 47-502.
