Section 15-45-306 - Costs of administration transferred to Constitutional Officers Fund and State Central Services Fund

The incremental costs of administration of the contributions, not to exceed five percent (5%) of the fund during the first fiscal year of the program and not to exceed one percent (1%) of the fund for each year after that, shall be transferred out of the fund provided in §§ 15-45-303 and 15-45-304, upon certification by the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State for credit by the Treasurer of State to the Constitutional Officers Fund and State Central Services Fund, before any funds are expended as provided in this section.Acts 1983, No. 475, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 47-904.
