Section 15-57-201 - Reclamation to be voluntary

Any land reclamation or improvement conducted by the owner of lands pursuant to the provisions of this subchapter shall be strictly on a voluntary basis. The reclamation or improvement shall not subject the lands or the owner to the provisions of the Arkansas Open-Cut Land Reclamation Act of 1977 [repealed] or any other reclamation laws of this state.Acts 1983, No. 77, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 52-974.
