Section 15-58-306 - False statement, representation, or certification - Criminal penalties

A person who knowingly makes a false statement, representation, or certification or who knowingly fails to make a statement, representation, or certification in an application, record, report, plan, or other document filed or required to be maintained under this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction may be punished by a criminal penalty of not more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000) or by imprisonment for not more than one (1) year, or by both.Acts 1979, No. 134, § 21; A.S.A. 1947, § 52-955.
