Section 15-60-102 - Penalty

Any violation of this chapter, or any part thereof, is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) and not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or by imprisonment in the county jail for not less than thirty (30) days nor more than six (6) months, or by both fine and imprisonment.Acts 1943, No. 86, § 14; A.S.A. 1947, § 52-814.
