The portion of oil and gas produced from the salt water disposal unit and allocated to a separately owned tract shall be deemed, for all purposes, to have been actually produced from the tract. Operations for the production of oil and gas from any part of the unit area, conducted pursuant to the order of the Oil and Gas Commission, shall be deemed, for all purposes, to be operations for the production of oil and gas from each separately owned tract in the unit area.Acts 1939, No. 105, § 15; 1951, No. 134, § 1; 1957, No. 401, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 53-115.
