Section 15-72-407 - Other causes of action

Nothing in this subchapter shall deny or abridge any cause of action a royalty owner, a lien holder, or any other claimant may have because of the forfeiture of the illegal oil, illegal gas, or illegal product, against the person whose act resulted in the forfeiture.Acts 1939, No. 105, § 24; A.S.A. 1947, § 53-124.
