Section 15-74-701 - Penalty

Any person willfully or maliciously violating any of the provisions of this subchapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500).Acts 1929, No. 222, § 7; A.S.A. 1947, § 53-515.
