Any person violating any of the provisions of this act or any rule adopted pursuant thereto shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined in a sum of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) and, in addition, may be imprisoned for not more than one (1) year, or both.Amended by Act 2019, No. 315,§ 1265, eff. 7/24/2019.Acts 1965, No. 31, § 30; A.S.A. 1947, § 53-729.
