Section 15-75-104 - Actions for injunction against violation

The Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board, in accordance with the laws of the state governing injunctions, may maintain an action in the name of the state against any person to enjoin the violation of any provision of this act; provided, no bond shall be required prior to obtaining any such injunction.Acts 1965, No. 31, § 29; A.S.A. 1947, § 53-728.
