(a) The Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board shall select from its membership a chair and a vice chair.(b) No such officer shall serve in the same capacity for more than one (1) year during his or her term.(c) The board may also select an individual to act as recording secretary who does not necessarily have to be a member of the board.Acts 1965, No. 31, § 7; A.S.A. 1947, § 53-706; Acts 2007, No. 733, § 2.
