(a) The Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board shall have free access at all reasonable times to any premises in this state where a container or system is for sale, or being used or installed, for the purpose of ascertaining whether the container or system complies with the provisions of this act.(b) The board shall examine into and make report of the causes of explosions of containers and shall keep a record of the names of all owners or users of the containers or systems, together with the location, make, dimension, age, condition, pressure allowed, and the date of the last inspection of all the containers or systems.Acts 1965, No. 31, § 21; A.S.A. 1947, § 53-720.
