Section 15-75-301 - Definitions

As used in this subchapter:(1) 'Certificate of competency' means approval by the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board of the employees to be placed in charge of operations, service, installation, and transportation by permit holders; and(2) [Repealed.](3) 'Permits' means the written authorization granted by the Director of the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board with the board's approval to persons to engage in the liquefied petroleum gas business.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 3182, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1965, No. 31, § 24; A.S.A. 1947, § 53-723; Acts 1999, No. 1577, § 4.
