Section 15-75-302 - Annual permit required

(a) Every person, as a condition to his or her right to store, sell, or transport liquefied petroleum gases in this state or to his or her right to install systems or to sell or install containers for the use of liquefied petroleum gases or to engage in the business of liquefied petroleum gases generally, shall first obtain a permit from the Director of the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board with the approval of the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board as herein prescribed.(b) Each permit shall be renewed annually.Acts 1965, No. 31, § 24; A.S.A. 1947, § 53-723; Acts 1999, No. 1577, § 5.
