Section 15-75-313 - Class seven permit

(a) The holder of a class seven permit: (1) May operate liquefied petroleum gas service stations;(2) May sell liquefied petroleum gas to operators of mobile equipment only;(3) May not sell or install any type container or appliance;(4) May not fill any type container except those permanently mounted on mobile equipment;(5) Must provide storage and dispensing facilities suitable to the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board;(6) Must furnish evidence of the following insurance: (A) Manufacturers' and Contractors' Bodily Injury Liability InsuranceEach Person$500,000Each Accident500,000(B) Manufacturers' and Contractors' Property Damage Liability InsuranceEach Accident$500,000Aggregate500,000(C) Products Bodily Injury Liability InsuranceEach Person$500,000Each Accident500,000Aggregate500,000(D) Products Property Damage Liability Insurance or Garage Liability BodilyEach Accident$500,000Aggregate500,000Each Person$500,000Liability Insurance or Garage Liability Property Damage Liability InsuranceEach Accident500,000Each Accident$500,000(7) Must pay an annual permit fee in the sum of one hundred dollars ($100).(b) In addition to the foregoing requirements, all class seven applicants must comply
