Section 15-75-317 - Approval prerequisite to supplying or acquiring certain equipment and products

(a) No applicant for a permit shall purchase, lease, rent, or furnish any equipment or product which is subject to inspection or regulation by the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board until the application has been approved and authority to purchase has been granted by the Director of the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board.(b) No permit holder shall sell, lease, rent, or furnish any equipment or product which is subject to inspection or regulation by the board to any applicant until the application has been approved and the authority to purchase has been granted by the director.Acts 1965, No. 31, § 24; A.S.A. 1947, § 53-723; Acts 1999, No. 1577, § 9.
