Section 15-75-318 - Fees - Times payable

(a) All fees for permits as classified in §§ 15-75-307 - 15-75-316 are payable on or before January 1 each year.(b) All fees for inspection must be paid not later than thirty (30) days after inspections are made.Acts 1965, No. 31, § 24; A.S.A. 1947, § 53-723.
