Section 15-75-324 - Permit application approvals

All class one (1) permit application approvals must have all prerequisites met and the permit issued within six (6) months of approval by the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board. If not issued within six (6) months of approval, the application will be returned to the applicant and a new application must be submitted to the board thirty (30) days prior to the date of the regular meeting at which the application is to be considered.Acts 1999, No. 514, § 4.
