The formation of a brine production unit or brine expansion unit as provided in this subchapter and the operation of the unit under order of the Oil and Gas Commission shall not be a violation of any statute of this state relating to trusts, monopolies, contracts, or combinations in restraint of trade.Amended by Act 2015, No. 89,§ 13, eff. 2/13/2015.Acts 1979, No. 937, § 13; A.S.A. 1947, § 53-1313.
