Notwithstanding §§ 16-10-306, 16-10-307, 16-10-603, 16-10-604, and 19-5-993 or any other law to the contrary, twenty-five dollars ($25.00) of the uniform filing fee collected in circuit court under § 21-6-403(b)(1) shall be deposited into the State Treasury as special revenues to the credit of the Miscellaneous Agencies Fund Account, there to be used solely for the operations and support of the State Crime Laboratory. These moneys shall be in addition to all other sources of funding for the State Crime Laboratory and shall not be used to supplant any other source of funding for the State Crime Laboratory.Acts 2005, No. 65, § 2.
