(a) The Administrative Office of the Courts may pay from funds specifically appropriated for this purpose a substitute trial court administrator for the services furnished to the circuit judge under this subchapter.(b) The substitute trial court administrator shall be paid at the rate of one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125) per day.Amended by Act 2015, No. 268,§ 3, eff. 7/1/2015.Acts 1999, No. 393, § 3; 2001, No. 509, § 1; 2005, No. 461, § 1.
