Section 16-10-805 - Employment of county staff

This chapter does not preclude or prohibit any circuit judge from obtaining payment for the services of a substitute trial court administrator from the county or counties composing the circuit judge's judicial district rather than from the Administrative Office of the Courts.Amended by Act 2015, No. 268,§ 3, eff. 7/1/2015.Acts 1999, No. 393, § 5.
