Section 16-10-901 - Retired judges - Definition

As used in this subchapter, 'retired judge' means a former:(1) Circuit court judge, chancery court judge, circuit-chancery court judge, Court of Appeals judge, or Supreme Court justice, receiving benefits under the Arkansas Judicial Retirement System; and(2) Municipal court judge or district court judge, receiving benefits under the Arkansas Public Employees' Retirement System.Amended by Act 2021, No. 818,§ 2, eff. 7/28/2021.Acts 1999, No. 390, § 1.
