Section 16-11-201 - Clerk to furnish Reporter with copy of decisions

It shall be the duty of the Clerk of the Supreme Court to furnish the Reporter of the Supreme Court with a copy of all decisions of the court within thirty (30) days after the expiration of the time allowed for filing motions for reconsideration.Acts 1915, No. 326, § 2; C. & M.
