Section 16-12-104 - Authority of court

The Court of Appeals shall have authority to issue any writs, directives, orders, and mandates that are appropriate, and only those that are appropriate, for the determination of cases within its jurisdiction.Acts 1979, No. 208, § 4; A.S.A. 1947, § 22-1204.
