Section 16-12-105 - Chief Judge

The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court shall designate one (1) of the judges of the Court of Appeals as Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals. The appointment as Chief Judge shall be for a four-year term, and the person so named shall be eligible for reappointment, subject to the discretion of the Chief Justice.Acts 1979, No. 208, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 22-1205.
