Section 16-13-1006 - Additional judge - Facilities

The counties which comprise the Second Judicial District shall provide courtroom and office facilities and supplies for the judge of the circuit-chancery judgeship created by § 16-13-1005 which shall be paid out of the county treasuries in the same manner as other demands against the counties, out of funds appropriated by the respective quorum courts of the counties for such purposes.Acts 1997, No. 403, § 2.
