(a) The chancellors of the Sixth Judicial District, by concurrence of a majority of themselves, may appoint one (1) law clerk who shall be a licensed attorney or graduate of an accredited law school.(b) The law clerk shall receive the same salary as provided for chancery court reporters in the Sixth Judicial District.Acts 1979, No. 211, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 22-417.15.
