(a) All writs and processes returnable to the Pulaski County Circuit Court shall be issued and returned as the law provides.(b) All appeals to circuit court in civil and criminal cases shall be taken in the time and manner provided by Rule 9 of the District Court Rules.(c) All criminal appeals shall stand for trial ten (10) days after being docketed.Acts 1913, No. 64, §§ 4-6; A.S.A. 1947, §§ 22-326.7 -- 22-326.9; Acts 2003, No. 1185, § 98.
