Section 16-13-204 - Issuance of writs, orders, or process

(a) The circuit courts and their judges shall have the power to issue all proper writs, orders, or process in the cases mentioned in §§ 16-13-201(b)(1) and 16-13-203.(b) The circuit courts and their judges shall have power to issue all writs, orders, and process which may be necessary in the exercise of their jurisdiction, according to the principles and usages of law.Civil Code, § 19; Acts 1873, No. 88, § 1 [19], p. 213; C. & M.
