Section 16-13-3104 - Additional circuit-chancery judges

(a) The chancery judge of the Seventh Judicial District-North is hereby designated as the chancery judge of the Twenty-second Judicial District.(b) At the 1998 general election, the qualified electors of the Twenty-second Judicial District shall elect two (2) circuit-chancery judges to take office on January 1, 1999.(c) At the 1998 general election, the qualified electors of the Seventh Judicial District shall elect two (2) circuit-chancery judges to take office on January 1, 1999.Acts 1997, No. 827, § 4; 1999, No. 7, § 4.
