Section 16-13-3205 - Prosecuting attorneys

(a) The qualified electors of Hempstead and Nevada counties shall elect a person who shall serve as the prosecuting attorney for the Eighth Judicial District-North.(b) The qualified electors of Lafayette and Miller counties shall elect a person who shall serve as the prosecuting attorney for the Eighth Judicial District-South.Acts 1997, No. 1270, § 7; 2011, No. 1132, § 8.
