Section 16-17-901 - Definitions

As used in this subchapter, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) 'Department' means the physical location where sessions of district court are held; and(2) 'Division' means the subject matter division of the district court.Amended by Act 2017, No. 723,§ 1, eff. 8/1/2017.Acts 2003, No. 1727, § 1.
