(a) Each circuit clerk shall preserve the seal and other property belonging to his or her office and shall provide suitable books, stationery, furniture, and other things necessary for his or her office.(b) A circuit clerk's seal shall be clear and legible and capable of photographic reproduction.(c) The impression of the seal by stamp shall be sufficient sealing in a situation in which sealing is required.Amended by Act 2015, No. 1152,§ 4, eff. 7/22/2015.Amended by Act 2015, No. 581,§ 1, eff. 7/22/2015.Amended by Act 2013, No. 469,§ 2, eff. 8/16/2013.Rev.
