The office of the Prosecuting Attorney of the Sixth Judicial District is authorized to receive funds from the federal government in the name of the office of the Prosecuting Attorney of the Sixth Judicial District and to receive both federal and state asset forfeiture funds and to utilize and expend those funds for such purposes as are allowed for by law or specified in § 5-64-505.Acts 1993, No. 997, § 7; 1995, No. 803, § 8; 1997, No. 522, § 1.
