Section 16-21-1109 - Hot check funds

The office of the Prosecuting Attorney of the Sixth Judicial District is hereby authorized to establish a hot check program pursuant to state statute to collect fees for the hot check fund as authorized by the General Assembly and to expend those funds in official uses for the benefit of the office.Acts 1993, No. 997, § 7; 1995, No. 803, § 9; 1997, No. 522, § 1.
