Section 16-21-1402 - Expense allowances

(a) The Prosecuting Attorney of the Ninth Judicial District-East shall receive a contingent expense allowance of two thousand four hundred dollars ($2,400) per annum to be paid one thousand six hundred dollars ($1,600) by Clark County and eight hundred dollars ($800) by Pike County.(b) The Prosecuting Attorney of the Ninth Judicial District-West shall receive an expense allowance from each county in the district of no less than one hundred fifty dollars ($150) per month per county and no greater than seven hundred dollars ($700) per month per county payable in equal monthly installments.Acts 1979, No. 834, § 4; A.S.A. 1947, § 24-114.15; Acts 1987, No. 656, § 1.
