Section 16-21-2005 - Prosecutor's assistants - Expenses

(a) The deputy prosecuting attorney's office shall be entitled to an expense allowance for travel, telephone, and other related expenses from the county general fund in a minimum amount as follows: (1) Scott County ............... $ 1,500;(2) Logan County ............... $ 4,000;(3) Yell County ............... $ 2,000; and(4) Conway County ............... $14,025.(b) The chief deputy prosecuting attorney's office shall be entitled to an expense allowance for travel, telephone, and other related expenses from the county general fund in a minimum amount of two thousand three hundred five dollars ($2,305), payable from the county's general funds as follows: (1) Scott County ............... $550;(2) Logan County ............... $550;(3) Yell County ............... $500; and(4) Conway County ............... $705.(c) The investigator's office shall be entitled to an expense allowance for travel, telephone, and other related expenses from the county general fund in a minimum amount of three thousand nine hundred ten dollars ($3,910), payable from the county's general funds as follows:(1) Scott County ............... $ 800;(2) Logan County ...............
