Section 16-22-305 - Unnecessary costs satisfied by attorney

If any attorney at law or other person admitted to conduct causes in any court in the State of Arkansas appears to have multiplied the proceedings in any cause before such court, so as to increase costs unreasonably and vexatiously, he shall be required, by order of the court, to satisfy any excess of costs so increased.Acts 1915, No. 240, § 2; C. & M.
