(a) In multijudge circuits, the circuit judges may select one (1) of their number to perform any of the duties imposed upon a judge by this act.(b) Divisions of any circuit court may either have separate jurors, or the circuit judges by concurrence may share a single jury wheel or box or a single list of jurors.Amended by Act 2017, No. 600,§ 4, eff. 8/1/2017.Acts 1969, No. 568, § 28; A.S.A. 1947, § 39-220.
