Section 16-43-205 - Authorization for officials taking depositions to compel attendance of witnesses

Every person in this state who is required to take depositions or examinations of witnesses by virtue of any commission issued out of any court of record of this or any other government shall have power to issue subpoenas for witnesses to appear and testify and to compel their attendance in the same manner and under the same penalties as any court of record of this state.Rev.
